The Times Review: The Savoy's recent suite renovation by GA

“Rooms and suites have been reimagined, harking back to turn-of-the-century Edwardian glamour and chic art deco.”

In a recent article by The Times, The Savoy Hotel, London, has been celebrated for it's newly renovated suites, balancing the hotel's rich history with modern luxury. With the hotel’s rich history – such as the famous balcony suite where Claude Monet painted his series of London’s scenic horizons – it was important to keep design elements timeless, while mixing in amenities for guests to feel at home.

There are playful surprises here and there, a nod to now: an orange state-of-the-art coffee maker inside a walnut cabinet; a marble dressing table with a Dyson hairdryer; a yoga mat tucked inside the wardrobe; the bedside tables come with wireless charging stations.
