The CAD Technician will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in all facets of design including high-end F&B, spas, and large-scale hotel developments.
This role requires participating in the development of presentation and bid documentation and to produce and manage all required construction documentation. Together with the CAD Manager, the CAD Technician must ensure the timely and correct completion of all documentation (plans, elevations, details, schedules, etc.) within internal and external guidelines and rules as well as the coordination with the FF&E team and information from external consultants. The CAD Technician must therefore have a good understanding of the overall project programme and the deadlines on which the required documentation has to be issued to the client/contractor.
Responsibilities
- Alongside the Directors, Associates and Project Leads, develop the creative vision for the project.
- Assist in the development of overall presentation and bid documentation as required.
- Translate design development drawings into construction information.
- Assist the CAD Manager in maintaining continuity of design intent throughout construction documentation.
- Assist in co-ordination of interior architectural documents with external consultants and architects.
- Ensure coordination with the FF&E team on all aspects of a project.
- Coordinate with the GA project team in producing all required standard schedules.
- Coordinate efforts of the project team members in finalising and documenting the project.
- Review for code compliance.
- Maintain journal and records of the latest revisions, issues, submittals, etc.
- Ensure graphic quality/consistency and correctness of construction documentation to GA standards.
- Generate architectural specifications in conjunction with design team (in accordance with the GA project contract only).
- Ensure the content of drawings is adequate for construction.
- Ensure workability of details, etc.
- Be knowledgeable about contract responsibilities during construction documentation.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is essential
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office is desirable. Knowledge of SketchUp and Rhino is advantageous.

Job DescriptionThe Associate will have significant experience in interior architecture and design management across hospitality, F&B, spa, and large-scale hotel developments. A passion for creative excellence and a deep understanding of both design and project delivery are essential.
Working closely with the Principal in Charge, the Associate establishes the overall design vision and ensures continuity throughout each project’s lifecycle. They will lead and mentor project teams, maintain and develop client relationships, and take responsibility for the creative, operational, and commercial success of their studio.
The Associate will also collaborate with colleagues across GA's global network—including residential, architecture, product design, and branding divisions—to promote integrated, holistic design solutions under our Resonance model.
Responsibilities
Design & Creative Leadership
- Establish the overall design direction and ensure design integrity from concept through to completion.
- Guide Senior Designers, Project Managers, and FF&E teams to ensure design continuity and alignment with the client’s brief.
- Communicate design intent clearly to clients, consultants, and the internal project team.
- Review design presentations and deliverables to maintain quality and creative excellence.

Job DescriptionA new position to add to our project administration team, GA are looking for a project manager to join the London studio.
The PM will work closely with the Director of Project Management and collaborate with the internal and external project teams, third party consultants and other stakeholders.
As a Global studio you will be embedded into project teams as required, assisting on the delivery of our contracted deliverables for the interior and architectural design of luxury hotel projects internationally.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in project management.
- 3-5 years of demonstrable relevant project management experience– ideally in a high-end design or architectural firm. However, please note that this is not a design role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Projects or other equivalent PM tools.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and able to work well under pressure and to multiple strict timelines.
Responsibilities
- Project co-ordination: Manage projects on a daily basis to ensure the successful delivery of our clients’ vision while balancing the quality and timeliness of Interior design deliverables.
